• Case 5:  Upper lid blepharoplasty, lacrimal gland repositioning, brow fat pad suspension sutures
• Case 6:  Endoscopic temporal brow lift, upper lid blepharoplasty, brow fat pad suspension sutures, right internal ptosis repair, lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty with subperiosteal fat repositioning
